Castiel gone for Supernatural?

One of the -upper class- Supernatural fans just tweeted that Misha Collins, who plays the archangel Castiel, may be written off the show for the upcoming season 7 of the CW hit. See the following tweet:

People have been discussing this matter for some hours now and keep acting generally upset if this is going to be true. As for now, there's no proof or an official statement by Misha, his management or anyone involved with the CW so this could be bollocks after all, but still, I'd hate to see Castiel / Misha gone. I really like his character and the actor so I hope this turns out to be a big pile of B-S.

The Cape and Paul Reiser cancelled

NBC has just confirmed cancellation of the two shows The Cape (starring the fine Summer Glau) and The Paul Reiser Show. Both shows suffered from terrible ratings, especially within the last 2 weeks. While this is sad news for fans of both shows, this slightly increases the chance of NBCs Chuck and Outsources to be renewed.

A The Cape DVD box is set to release on 5th of June.

Am Donnerstag wurde es für die Mädels von Germanys Next Topmodel wieder Zeit sich selbst und der Jury zu beweisen, dass sie tatsächlich das Zeug zum Modeldasein haben. Wieder einmal konnte Joana groß auftrumpfen und sogar das erste Kundencasting für sich entscheiden. Selbstverständlich war Joana auch nach dem Feuer-Shoot direkt weiter und musste nicht noch einmal vor der Jury auflaufen. HBO renews Game of Thrones

So HBO just renewed Game of Thrones for a second season righter after the pilot aired. See their press release for more information.

LOS ANGELES, April 19, 2011 - Following strong critical and viewer response to the series' April 17 debut, HBO has renewed GAME OF THRONES for a second season, it was announced today by Michael Lombardo, president, HBO Programming.
"We are delighted by the way David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have brought George R.R. Martin's amazing book series to the screen, and thrilled by the support of the media and our viewers," said Lombardo. "This is the continuation of an exciting creative partnership."
Based on the bestselling fantasy book series "A Song of Ice and Fire," by George R.R. Martin, GAME OF THRONES follows kings and queens, knights and renegades, liars and noblemen as they vie for power in a land where summers span decades and winters can last a lifetime.
Among the early critical raves, TV Guide has called the show "a crowning triumph" and "brilliant," while the Los Angeles Times termed GAME OF THRONES "a great and thundering series," as well as "wild and bewitching." The Hollywood Reporter praised the "excellent storytelling, superb acting and stunning visual effects," and the New York Post observed that the "art directing, acting and incredible sets are as breathtaking as the massive scope of the series."
The gross audience for the premiere night of GAME OF THRONES on the main HBO channel was 4.2 million viewers.

Joanas wöchentliche Fotoshoots von Germanys Next Topmodel 2011. Wieder einmal konnte GNTM Joana absolut ueberzeugen und kam problemlos eine Runde weiter. Wenn es fuer Joana Damek so weitergeht, braucht sie sich vor einem Finaleinzug in die Top 3 von GNTM 2011 nicht fuerchten.

Is the Sheen back in TAAHM?

Charlie Sheen is doing what the does best: promoting himself. When he was a guest star at a Boston Radio station he just announced that he might be back into Two And A Half Men. Supposedly CBS is trying to sort out the stuff between Lorre and Sheen after other comedies that were placed after the TAAHM timeslot started bombing.

“There’s been discussions, but I was asked not to divulge anything,had they told me at the end of season 8 that that behavior wasn’t going to be cool, I would have adjusted it.”

Leonard Nimoy back to Fringe?

Spock actor Leonard Nimoy is supposedly going to return for a small time cameo to the FOX mistery show Fringe. There are no official informations thus far but there is was a promo/teaser for the upcoming episode released where one could think that he's going to be in this Fridays episode. Steve Carell exits The Office with a Bang

NBC has just announced that the farewell episode of Steve Carell and his 'The Office' Character Micheal Scott will air in a 50-minute timeslot, instead of just 25 minutes. For The Office that basically means, you get a full length 42min The Office episode of Micheal Scott and his exit out of The Office.

Personally I only wish him the best of luck for his future big-screen career. I'm waiting for Get Smart 2 for so long now.

Robert Sheehan leaving Misfits

Shocking news are under way as it was just confirmed that Robert Sheehan is leaving Misfits. Sheehan played the main character Nathan and will not be returning for season 3. There will be something like a webisode, where they explain the plot around Nathan and why the character won't be there for episode 3x01.

Ricky Gervais Show gets a 3rd Season

The animated comedy show produced and spoken by Ricky Gervais himself just got another Season. HBO ordered a full 3rd season of the critically acclaimed series which is inspired by podcasts and some offbeat musings from the life of Karl Pilkington.

The podcast which the show is inspired by recently passed the 300 million download mark on March 19.

30 Rock going to end next year

So apparently right now there are no plans to continue with Alec Baldwin, Tina Fey or 30 Rock in general after 2012. Baldwin, who stated several times that he is not going to sign another contract, just announced that it is most likely that 30 Rock is going down in 2012.

"I will tell you one thing," he said. "And that is our show next year is our last year of the show." Though Baldwin has made no secret of the fact that he plans to leave 30 Rock in 2012, this was the first time we've heard that the show itself would close up shop, too. But Baldwin says it's a done deal that Fey will be leaving. "Our contracts are expired [in 2012], and Tina is gonna have a big career directing films and writing. She's going to be the next Elaine May. She'll be great." Tina Fey's reps declined to comment.

HBO sets premier dates for Entourage and True Blood

HBO released their annual summer schedule with premier dates for True Blood Season 4, Entourage Season 8 and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Even Vince can not wait anymore

• Season 4 of True Blood is going to air on Sunday, June 26 at 9/8c. Fangbangers interested in spoilers: See our earlier True Blood Posts.

• Season 8 of Entourage will air on  Sunday, July 24 at 10:30/9:30c. There are going to be 8 episodes total, with a full-length TV movie coming out shortly after. So 2011 will most likely be the last year we are able to enjoy Ari Gold and Vinces entourage.

 

• Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 8 will premier on Sunday, July 10 at 10/9c. By the way, season 7 season finale aired back in November 2009, so it has been a long time. There are going to air 10 episodes, which take place in New York and LA.

So as you might have already guessed, my last LOST post was an april fools joke. There are -sadly- no more episodes coming anytime soon ever. I hope you bear with me and take this Top 5 of the hottest Girls on TV Shows as a compensation!


5) Kaley Cuoco, Big Bang Theory

Blonde, cleavage en masse and even a little nerdy. For the geeks of Big Bang Theory Sheldon and Leonard it took a while to get used to her hot new neighbour. It didn't took me long to get used to her, so Kaley Cuoco is ranking at 5.

She would have even ranked higher, but in my opinion her character/or even the actress itself lost a bit of the good ol hottieness from Season 1.






4) Katrina Bowden, 30 Rock

Katrina is the definition of hotness. If you ever need to imagine how Barbie would look as a real time actor - its probably like Katrina Bowden. Her character on 30 Rock ( I honestly don't even know what -exactly- her job is) appears from time to time as a part-time secretary of Liz Lemon.

The writing geeks on 30 Rock are lusting for her - and so do we. By the way, you can currently see her in Tucker and Dale vs Evil.








 3) Olivia Wilde, House

Probably the prettiest one on the whole list, but since this is all about hotness and her character "13" on House M.D. is not THAT hot, she only ranks on 3.

You could previously see her as Mischa Bartons lesbian girlfriend on OC.California.






 2)  Christina Hendricks, Mad Men

 

I'm not usually that much for red hair, but lets be honest - it was probably her rack that got her in the top 2 of this list. Christina Hendricks is something like the equivalent of Diora Baird, except Diora is not on TV because she is pretty busy shooting shi***y movies.

Last pics i've seen of Christina are not so much hotness though, since she is taking this whole "curves thingy" a little too serious. I hope she gets back in shape for another season of Mad Men - if there is one.





1) Blake Lively, Gossip Girl

You can see i've got this thing going on for blondes here, right? Blake Lively managed to rise upon her role as "S" on Gossip Girl and even scored some pretty good roles in movies. Her hotness did her part in this I guess.

LOST gets 2 new episodes

Fanboards are raging and DVD sales on Amazon are going to boom: LOST Creator JJ Abrams has just announced that there will be a special DVD-release of LOST, which will not only feature behind-the-scenes footage and commentary, but also 2 episodes that have not aired yet.

Rumours are that one will be a Locke flashback episode, while the other one is more like an abstract Hurley-dream episode. More information coming soon!
